TravelManagers has been named a finalist in the 2013 National Travel Industry Awards for the fifth consecutive year in the ‘Best Travel Agency Retail – Multi Location’ category.

TravelManagers’ General Manager Michael Gazal says it is a real honour to again be recognised as a leader in Australia’s personal travel manager network.

“TravelManagers is a model that clearly works and is further vindicated with our fifth nomination in the prestigious Best Travel Agency Retail – Multi Location category.”

TravelManagers, the only truly national mobile travel consultant host agency, attributes its key to success being the personal and consistent service delivery to clients from the 380 plus personal travel managers across Australia.

“We have licensed offices across all states and six local state based business partnership managers ensuring our personal travel managers throughout the country have access to the broadest and most in-depth support and infrastructure.  This is in addition to the 26 staff within our National Support Office.”

Personal travel manager, Ric Pattaro from Sydney, New South Wales has also been nominated as a finalist in the ‘Best Travel Consultant – Corporate’ further supporting TravelManagers professional approach in both the retail and corporate space.

“Everything I do comes from being sincere, honest and wanting my clients to have an absolutely amazing time.  I take ownership of the travel arrangements of my clients as if it is my own trip. I ensure everything is completely seamless from start to finish. I’m accessible to my clients 24/7 so if a client is overseas and something goes wrong, nine times out of ten I’m already on top of it,” says Pattaro.

Gazal says “We are absolutely thrilled to see Ric being recognized in this way. An absolute professional with a strong focus on customer service and experience, we are immensely proud of him.

“Whilst some may view the personal travel manager concept as a unique distribution channel, there is no doubting its place and growing importance in the industry as a whole, further supported through the growing nominations in the National Travel Industry Awards in multiple categories.”
