Centara resort to host wellness retreat
Asha Burnley became an Australian triathlon champion as a teenager, then earned certification as a professional fitness trainer, wrote a book about healthy diet and lifestyle and studied at Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food. Now she travels the world inspiring others. In November she will be in Vietnam to lead a week-long workshop at Centara Sandy Beach Resort Danang. Attendance is limited but there is still space if you want to learn from and be inspired by her.
The “Ultimate Wellness Retreat” programme runs from 14th – 21st November. It includes a 7- night stay in a premium garden room at the Centara resort, which is located among serene gardens and picturesque surroundings on one of Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches. Daily meal are also included, as the workshop integrates learning about healthy eating with experience choosing and preparing food.
The retreat was designed by Ms. Burnley to take advantage of the beautiful location; the resort’s meeting, spa and fitness facilities; and the cultural environment of Central Vietnam. Burnley will lead daily workshops and activities that include health evaluation, yoga, spa and detox treatments, interactive and motivational sessions. Participants will even spend one day exploring the nearby ancient town of Hoi An together, to experience its history and culinary delights.
“Asha is an amazing leader who works hard to make a lasting difference in the lives of her workshop participants,” said Centara Sandy Beach Resort Danang General Manager, Luke Benbow. “We are fortunate to host her at our resort. The programme is really unique.”
“Wellness is fitness and diet, but so much more,” explains Ms. Asha Burnley. “This journey will allow you to connect with others, participate in new experiences, learn more about yourself and support a long-term, healthier way of life”.
Booking is open now until 7th November. The cost is US$2,499 and in addition to accommodations and meals, it includes transportation and airport transfers. More information and for reservations, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
