British Airways named official airline partner
British Airways announces that it will become the official airline partner for the upcoming International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) Team World Cup 2018 which will be held in London on 22-25 February 2018. The Team World Cup comprises of 12 men’s and 12 women’s teams which are made up of the Continental Champions and the top finishers at the 2016 World Team Table Tennis Championships.
The highly anticipated table tennis event will take place in the iconic Copper Box Arena, one of the Olympic and Paralympic venues for London 2012. The 2017 World Table Tennis Championships attracted over 3.55 billion viewers from around the globe. Noella Ferns, British Airways’ executive vice president for Greater China and the Philippines, said “We are very excited to be working with a sport such as table tennis which is incredibly popular around the world.
