Travel Counsellors get set for the Hawaiian Islands

In partnership with Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania and Hawaiian Airlines, ten lucky Travel Counsellors are set to say “Aloha” on an incredible reward trip to the Hawaiian Islands.

Places on the exclusive Phenix reward trip were awarded at the annual Travel Counsellors conference in Adelaide over the weekend.

Phenix is the powerful end-to-end booking system that provides Travel Counsellors with the opportunity to sell an incredible range of product to their customers, as well as maximising their own earnings. The year-long Phenix incentive rewards the top Phenix users with a place on the highly coveted reward trip.

Partnering with Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania and Hawaiian Airlines, the reward trip will include incredible adventures like helicopter flights over the Napali Coast and Mountain Tubing, travelling between the islands on Hawaiian Airlines’ frequent neighbour island flight services.

Giselle Radulovic, Country Manager Australia for Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania said travel agents remain an integral part of the booking process for travel to the Hawaiian Islands.

“Travel agents are incredibly valuable to our sales and marketing activities within the Oceania region. By educating them on all the Hawaiian Islands have to offer, we are equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to sell the destination.

“Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania is thrilled to support the Travel Counsellors famil and to showcase the beautiful islands of Kaua‘i and O‘ahu,” Ms Radulovic said.

Celebrating 90 years servicing the Hawaiian Islands, Gillian Hayward, National Business Development Manager for Hawaiian Airlines, said Hawaiian Airlines are the ideal partner to look after the group heading on the reward trip.

“There is a real synergy between Hawaiian Airlines and Travel Counsellors. We pride ourselves on our personal service and authentic Hawaiian hospitality” said Ms Hayward.

Speaking of the trip, Travel Counsellors Product Manager Jason Bell-Davey said “This is a trip like no other, and we are just so proud to partner with Hawaiian Airlines and Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania to offer these top achievers such an incredible reward for their support of Phenix”.

Very soon, Travel Counsellors Matt Schmitz, Tamsin Catto, Hannah Foster, Hamish Naicker, Lani Symons Vaughan, Richard Stewart, Christine Jenkins, Donna Jones, Simone Murnane and Hayley Voll will be packing their bags to experience the Aloha sprit and the very best of Kaua‘i and O‘ahu in the beautiful Hawaiian Islands.
