Haimark Ltd has announced that it will commence sailings on the waterways of Asia, with three luxury vessels, launching across three of Asia’s most intriguing and diverse rivers, the Ganges in India, the Mekong in Vietnam & Cambodia and the Irrawaddy in Myanmar (Burma).
Haimark Ltd says that it aims to bring new levels of service and luxury to the rivers of Asia, with the launch of an entirely new fleet of vessels, kicking off with the launch of the 34 suite Mekong Navigator and the 28 suites and spacious staterooms, Irrawaddy Explorer in September 2014.
These two vessels will be followed by the launch of the 28 suite Ganges Voyager, the first vessel of its kind on the Ganges River in India, launching in January 2015.
The vessels which are currently under construction, featuring spacious, tastefully furnished suites with either French or full balconies, internationally trained staff, high quality regional and international cuisine and inspiring shore excursions.
Haimark Ltd’s Director of Sales Damien Van Eyk said, "The launch of these new vessels across Asia will set a new benchmark in luxury for Asian River Cruising.”
He added that with the popularity of European River Cruising, Haimark had recognised a large and growing segment of guests seeking the equivalent standards on their journeys across Asia and it is to this standard Haimark is developing its vessels, yet infusing the distinctive history, cuisine and culture of the region.
